AILove.study is a free, open-source educational tool. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect (very little), how we use it, and your rights.

What Data We Collect

AILove.study collects no personal data by default. We do not require account creation, login, or any personally identifiable information. Specifically:

  • No email addresses or usernames are collected
  • No analytics or tracking cookies are used
  • No user profiles are created or stored
  • Uploaded documents are stored temporarily for processing and are not shared
Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the site to function:

  • cookie-consent — Stores your cookie preferences (1 year)

AI Processing

When you use AILove.study features (quizzes, tutor, solve, talk), your inputs are sent to Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI services for processing. These services:

  • Process data in real-time and do not retain your inputs after processing
  • Are governed by Microsoft's Azure OpenAI data privacy policies
  • Do not use your data to train or improve AI models
  • All interactions are filtered through Azure Content Safety for safe, appropriate responses
Third-Party Services

AILove.study uses the following Azure services for functionality:

  • Azure OpenAI Service — AI reasoning and generation
  • Azure AI Search — Knowledge retrieval
  • Azure Document Intelligence — Document and image analysis
  • Azure Speech Services — Voice input and output
  • Azure Blob Storage — Temporary document storage
  • Azure Content Safety — Content moderation

All services are hosted in Microsoft Azure data centers and comply with GDPR and international data protection standards.

Data Retention

AILove.study does not maintain long-term data storage of user interactions:

  • Chat conversations exist only in your browser session and are not stored on the server
  • Uploaded documents (Forge module) are stored in Azure Blob Storage until you delete them
  • Quiz results and study plans are generated on-the-fly and not persisted
  • Voice interactions are processed in real-time and not recorded
